How It Works

Just like your traditional repair shop we have processes in place for repairs. Ever wondered what that looks like?

Every vehicle we bring in that we haven't seen in a while or is its first visit gets a comprehensive inspection. We go over everything. How are the tires wearing? Do your brakes look good? How's the suspension? How's it idle and accelerate? Anything out of place? This all comes to you in a digital format to your phone or email where you can review notes, check out pictures and see everything the technician sees.

Once the inspection is done we send it over to you and give a call to talk over what we found, any additional concerns you might have or special tasks you'd like us to tackle. Ill get an overall budget so we keep your finances in mind while we build the estimate.

We take that list of repairs and build our 'best guess' estimate on what it will take to get those repairs to the finish line. We do our best to get close but were never on the nose. Remember we are working with vehicles that are 25 years old and there is no 'book time' on finding and resolving that idling issue with your Holly Sniper kit.

We are a Time and Materials shop. What does this mean? Our techs will 'clock in' to each repair and we track and bill the actual time and parts needed to perform the repair. For longer repairs we not only provide the technicians notes but also a copy of the time logs if you want to see them. We bill by the hour at $120/hr. and give digital updates along the way. As we get close to being done we will give you a heads up that its almost time and then we get the joy of watching a valued client drive off in their car or truck.
